Best, worst castings in Korean movies

Actors Ahn Jae-Wook, Song Kang-Ho, Shim Eun-Ha and Han Seok-Kyu were chosen as the best castings in dramas, movies and commercial films, respectively, this year.

These were the results of a survey of 1,170 netizens conducted by Castnet (www.castnet.co.kr), an Internet casting agency.

Ahn Jae-Wook took the honors in the drama category for his performance in the MBC TV drama, "Mother and Sister," while Song Kang-Ho won the prize in movies for his impressive portrayal of a North Korean soldier in "JSA."

The best castings in commercials went to Han Seok-Kyu and Shim Eun-ha, who played lovers in an ad for Maxim Mocha Gold.

Meanwhile, the selection of actress Choi Jin-Shil for a role in the movie "Gingko Bed 2" was cited as the worst casting choice.
