Samsung financial firms might merge

Samsung Securities announced July 24 that it is studying ways to integrate with Samsung Investment Trust Securities.

Park Boo-Young, director of Samsung Securities, said that his company was examining the possibility of a merger with Samsung Investment Trust Securities and that details would be announced later as they become available.
