Cho Jang—geum, 81-year-old woman and a member of separated family, wipes her tears due to deep regret and anxiety at South Korean Red Cross headquarters in Jung-gu, Seoul on Saturday, after North Korea unilaterally announced that it will postpone the reunions of separated families scheduled for Wednesday.
