Assistant U.S. Trade Representative Wendy Cutler on Thursday laughs together with students after a dialogue on the Korea-U.S. free trade agreement and women’s leadership at Sookmyung Women’s University in Seoul. This was her first visit to Seoul since the accord took effect.
