Blacked out Korea

Traffic lights go out at the Ojang intersection in Seoul`s central Jung district Thursday, when many parts of the country were hit by a massive blackout. The Korea Power Exchange said it temporarily cut off power supplies to make up for power shortages stemming from an unseasonable heat wave.
