Aimed at civilians

Two pieces from splinters of North Korea’s 122-millimeter gun shells are shown at a supreme council meeting of South Korea’s ruling Grand National Party Thursday. Park Sang-eun, a party lawmaker from Yeonpyeong Island, obtained the splinters from the pummeled island after winning approval from the Defense Ministry.
