White Powder Alert

An official of the National Emergency Management Agency carries a package containing a suspicious substance Monday reported at Samseong subway station in southern Seoul. Sealed in a bag in white powder form, the substance turned out to be harmless but gave the city a terrorist scare. Sixty workers including police, soldiers and agency officials went to the scene.
