Rice Aid to N. Korea Resumes

Vehicles carrying rice aid to North Korea head toward the Customs, Immigration & Quarantine Office in Paju, Gyeonggi Province, of South Korea. The aid is the first of its kind since the inauguration of the Lee Myung-bak administration in Seoul in 2008 and the first by the South in three years.
