Prime Minister Resigns

A grim-faced Prime Minister Chung Un-chan speaks to the people on a podium Thursday about his resignation at the central government complex in downtown Seoul. Presidential spokeswoman Kim Hee-jung quoted President Lee Myung-bak as saying, “After sufficient consideration over my summer vacation next week, I`ll announce my plan for a Cabinet reshuffle.”
