Remains of Korean War Dead

Participants at a joint funeral for 105 soldiers killed in the Korean War raise their hands in salute Thursday at a civic center in Suwon, Gyeonggi Province. The funeral was held by the Army metropolitan defense guard. The remains of the fallen soldiers were discovered by two divisions of the defense guard from April 5 through June 30 in nine areas including Suwon and Gwangju, Gyeonggi Province.
