People wait in line Wednesday in front of Dong-A Media Center in Sejong-ro, Seoul, to get traffic warning signs. The event was held by The Dong-A Ilbo in collaboration with the General Insurance Association of Korea and the Road Traffic Authority to promote the importance of observing traffic laws and car safety equipment.
