The South Korean military will drop leaflets on North Korea Wednesday that say the North sank the South Korean naval vessel Cheonan March 26.
The leaflets will contain the probe results of the joint investigation team, which blamed a North Korean torpedo attack for the sinking, and a statement from the international community criticizing the Norths provocative behavior.
Seoul has revived its psychological warfare against Pyongyang for the first time in six years.
The military initially planned to drop the leaflets on the North from 9 a.m. Monday but delayed it to Tuesday due to bad weather. Because the weather did not improve Tuesday, the date was pushed to Wednesday.
