President Lee Myung-bak Tuesday explains the inevitability of the revision to the original Sejong City plan to set up an administrative capital at a meeting of figures from the Chungcheong provinces at the Electronics and Telecommunications Research Institute. He said the president, not the prime minister, is responsible for devising an alternative to the original plan.
