Cold Spell in Late Fall

Children yesterday ride bicycles along a pedestrian path with piles of ginkgo tree leaves that fell due to overnight rain at Seoul Forest. The Korea Meteorological Administration forecast that rain will bring a cold spell, with temperatures plunging to one degree Celsius in Seoul and going subzero in the northern regions of Gyeonggi and Gangwon provinces. The cold spell will continue through tomorrow.
