After confirming the names of his siblings living in North Korea on the list of North Koreans who will attend reunions of separated Korean families before the Chuseok holidays, Kim Sang-il (right), a South Korean participating in the upcoming reunions, is moved to tears yesterday at the Korean National Red Cross in central Seoul. The two Koreas exchanged lists of 100 people wishing to meet their long-separated kin. The reunions will start Sept. 26.
