Gwanghwamun Square

Gwanghwamun Square in downtown Seoul will be opened to the public after a ceremony marking the completion of renovation at 8 a.m. today. Citizens can gain a better understanding of Korea’s culture and history at the plaza, which is 557 meters long and 34 meters wide. Officials from the Seoul Metropolitan Government and the construction company in charge of the work put the final touches on the plaza yesterday.
