Chaos in Parliament

The National Assembly turns into chaos yesterday when three media reform bills and one on financial holding companies pass in a vote attended only by ruling Grand National Party lawmakers. Lawmaker Kang Gi-jung of the main opposition Democratic Party jumps to the seat of the National Assembly speaker surrounded by ruling party lawmakers.
