New Challenge in 2009

Some 4,500 people gather yesterday at Mount Jiri’s highest peak of Cheonwang to ring in the New Year and make New Year’s resolutions. Jiri, rising 1,915 meters above sea level, is considered to imbue hikers with hope and a sacred spirit.
