“Wonderful Kimchi!”

The government today will declare this year as the new beginning of the globalization of Korean food to make the cuisine one of the world’s top five by 2017. The Gwangju Municipal Folk Museum held the Gwangju Kimchi Festival under the theme, “Kimchi is Culture.” Foreigners got to learn how to make kimchi.
