Assembly Chairman Calls for Constitutional Reform

National Assembly Speaker Kim Hyong-o expresses his opinion in a debate organized by the Gwanhun Club, a fraternity of senior Korean journalists. “Not a single day of the incumbent president’s and lawmakers’ terms should be wasted,” said Kim at the debate held at the Korea Press Center in Jung-gu, Seoul on Wednesday. “We must amend the Constitution while focusing on the livelihood of the people.”
