Bush Faces Protest in Europe

Upon his arrival in Britain Sunday on his farewell European tour, U.S. President George W. Bush faces a vocal demonstration by anti-war campaigners opposed to British and U.S. involvement in Iraq and Afghanistan. British civic groups against the war staged a protest with a large placard that reads “Bush is not welcomed here” in front of Windsor Castle, west of London.
