Power Plant Under Water

The aerial picture shows a power plant in Sichuan Province, China, completely submerged under water last Thursday. According to the Chinese authorities, a total of 34 damned lakes were created in the earthquake-devastated regions, constantly threatening the lives of the quake victims living in the lower reaches of the lakes.
