Opposition Party Defiant Over U.S. Beef

The leaders of the main opposition United Democratic Party and members of the National Assembly’s Unification, Foreign Affairs and Trade Committee discuss yesterday the ratification of the free trade agreement with the United States. Party floor leader Kim Hyo-seok said, “Without renegotiating the resumption of U.S. beef imports, it’s not worth discussing ratification of the Korea-U.S. free trade agreement.”
