Lawmaker`s Tears

High-profiled lawmakers of the Grand National Party and the United Democratic Party have been eliminated one after another in the selection of candidates to run for the general elections slated for April 9. On Friday, GNP lawmaker Kim Moo-sung sheds tears in a press conference, announcing his decision to bolt from the party. UNP lawmaker Rhee In-je expresses his discontent over his elimination. GNP lawmaker Kwon Chul-hyun visits party headquarters to file a request for reconsideration, while GNP lawmaker Kim Jae-won announces that he will fully accept the party’s decision to disqualify him (from left).
