‘Minimal Side Effects from Gov’t Restructuring`

President-elect Lee Myung-bak asked his transition committee Friday to minimize side effects that could arise from the restructuring of state organizations. He said, “It’s important to review the mergers of agencies with ministries and to make a clear plan on the use of surplus staff.”
