Discussing New Global Warming Preventive Measures

The 13th Conference of Parties to the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change began on the Indonesian island of Bali Monday. Government representatives and NGO personnel from over 180 countries are participating. The conference, ending on December 14, will discuss global warming preventive measures to replace the Kyoto Protocol, which will expire in 2012.
