Protest against Sonia Gandhi’s UN visit

Marking Mahatma Gandhi`s birthday anniversary and International Non-Violence Day, some Indian citizens dressed as Mahatma Gandhi or wearing masks of Sonia Gandhi, the United Progressive Alliance (UPA) chairperson, held a peaceful protest at UN headquarters yesterday. The protesters expressed their opposition to her representing India at the world body.
