New Gyeongju Symbol

The construction of the new symbol of Gyeongju, the “Gyeongju Tower,” has been completed. The Gyeongju World Culture Expo Committee will hold a Culture Expo Park completion ceremony on August 14, which includes the Gyeongju Tower as well as the Expo Culture Center, Shilla Dynasty Forest, and others. Standing at 82 meters tall, the tower has an engraving of the Hwangryong-sa 9-story pagoda on it. This year’s Gyeongju World Culture Expo will be held from September 7 to October 26 and is titled, “Millennium Light, Millennium Window.”
