Exchange Agreement

On August 5, Kim Man-bok, director of the National Intelligence Service, and Kim Yang Gon, director of Workers` Party`s Unification Front Department, agreed that South and North Korea will hold a second summit in Pyongyang on August 28 and exchanged the signed agreement.
