Park Geun-hye

In a meeting with journalists on June 12 at the headquarters of the Grand National Party in Yeomchang-dong, Kim Yeong-woo (left), the second son of the late Kim Ji-tae, the founder of Buil Scholarship Foundation (currently Jeongsoo Scholarship Foundation), demanded the party’s investigation on the suspicion of former GNP representative Park Geun-hye’s embezzlement and tax evasion when she was the director of the scholarship foundation. On the same day, Park visited Guinsa Buddhist Temple in Danyang and watched a ceremony in commemoration of the death of a priest.
