A member of the international environmental-protection body, Greenpeace, is holding a placard reading We should take action against the warming climate, in front of the replica of Noahs Ark near Mount Ararat, eastern Turkey, on May 31. Mount Ararat is known as the place where the original Biblical Ark is said to have landed after the great flood. Green Peace has presented a replica of Noahs ark in an attempt to warn against ecosystems being destroyed at the hands of global warming.
