On May 24, at the ‘National Costume Play Festival’ held in Seoul Trade Exhibition & Convention, contestants dressed like cartoon characters. The Seoul International Cartoon & Animation Festival, organized by the Department of Fashion Design of Chungkang College of Cultural Industries, will last until May 27.
