Yellow Dust Strikes the Korean Peninsula

A satellite picture released by NASA on April 30 shows the immense affect of yellow dust stemming from China on the Korean Peninsula. Yellow dust cover the entire Korean peninsula and had a tremendous impact on the East Sea and Honshu in Japan. Yellow dust coming from Asian deserts and associated air pollution traveled across the Pacific, over the United States, and well into the western Atlantic Ocean.
