Earth Day

April 22 was the 37th annual Earth Day. Some 400 citizens, including members of Green Traffic, a civic group advocating use of public transportation and bicycles, are riding bicycles through downtown Seoul from Yeoido to Daehakro to promote bicycle riding instead of car driving to reduce greenhouse gases and prevent further global warming.
