Truffle Dishes

Table 34, the European restaurant in the Grand Intercontinental Hotel in Samseong-dong, Seoul, served truffle dishes yesterday, including Riccini pasta and truffle omelets. Truffles, also known as black diamonds, are difficult to find and very expensive. Truffle hunters use pigs and dogs to sniff them out. Truffles can cost to five million won per kilogram.
