N. Korean Diplomat Visits S. Korean Embassy

A North Korean diplomat visited the South Korean embassy in Beijing for the first time since the division of the Korean peninsula to participate in a working group discussion on economy and energy, held on the sidelines of the six-party talks in the embassy on March 15.
