U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice (on the left) is entering the press room with dignitaries including UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon to announce the results of a four-way Middle East peace meeting in Berlin, Germany on February 21. Recently it is alleged that Washington is considering a first-hand visit by secretary Rice to Pyongyang in case of a successful resolution of North Korea’s nuclear issue.
