Ex-Uri Party Lawmakers

The group of lawmakers defected from the ruling Uri Party with an aim to create a new party, including Kim Han-gil (right), gathered and held a meeting on February 21 in the National Assembly. They called for President Roh to “leave politics for good,” saying, “The president’s defection from the ruling party was politically calculated and thus holds no significance.”
