Half of the executives and the members of nine state-run councils of the Special Committees on Fact Finding on Past Incidents, including the Truth and Reconciliation Commission, were found to have been in progressive organizations or published progressive papers. The Truth and Reconciliation Commission held a meeting and decided to make public reports that contain the real names of judges who made rulings on the violation of emergency rules during the 1970s.
