Polar Bear

A member of environmental group Greenpeace, who is in a polar bear costume, is protesting in front of the Canadian parliament whose session is expected to focus on environmental issues. A polar bear getting a suntan is holding a picket saying “What about Kyoto (Protocol)?” The United Nation’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (ICPP) is expected to issue a report on February 2. The report is said to forecast a bleak outlook for global environmental issues.
