Protest

With shackles as a way of protesting, members of North Korean human rights groups and defectors held a press conference in front of the Foreign Ministry building in Jongno- gu, Seoul on January 18. They call for punishment of a consulate official who left Choi Young-hoon spending 4 years in a Chinese prison for helping North Koreans defect to South Korea.
