A New Era

”The U.N. era of Ban Ki-moon” has begun. The newly-elected U.N. Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon emphasized that “he will be the bridge of harmony,” saying “what should be carried out first as secretary-general is recovering trust” through his speech right after he administered the oath of office on December 14 (local time).
