Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh (left) and President Abdul Kalam are greeting Chinese President Hu Jintao (center), visiting New Delhi, India on November 21. Hu and Singh held a summit meeting on this day and announced that they would “utilize ten strategies to resolve mutual distrust and strengthen bilateral cooperation.”
