Reservoir

Sansu reservoir in Seosan, South Chungcheong Province showed its bottom due to a long lasted autumn drought: it looks like a turtle’s back. Precipitation in Seosan during August and September only amounts to 20 percent of the average in this area and crops and its owners suffer from the thirst.
