Age of Abe

With a firmly clenched fist, on September 20, Shinzo Abe, the new president of the ruling Liberal Democratic Party of Japan, is shouting with his colleague representatives slogans pledging victory in the upcoming general election. As he won the primary election of the party held earlier on the same day, he is expected to be elected as the Prime Minister in the temporary session of the Diet scheduled on the 26th, and will launch a new cabinet afterwards.
