New Administrative City, New Campus?

Korea University announced on Wednesday that it is proactively pursuing plans to build a new campus in the Yeongi-Gongju region in South Chungcheong Province where the Multifunctional Administrative City is to be established.

“This campus would focus on producing administrative experts and studying administrative challenges, for the region will need many administrative experts. A public administration department could be established,” said Chang Dong-sik, manager of Korea University.

Korea University has been discussing the issue with Multifunctional Administrative City Construction Agency from the start of this year.
