Military First

On August 24, North Korea held a nationwide ceremony in the ‘April 25 Culture Center’ in Pyongyang in the commemoration of the 46th anniversary of the ‘revolution of the Military First’ by Kim Jong Il. The Kim’s regime insists that the Military First policy be beneficial to Seoul as well.
