ID Cards

A card developed to find kidnapped or missing children was released in China on August 17. It contains photos and identity of the children. Parents who missed children can buy the card, developed by a manager of an Internet site for missing children in Anhui, China, for 600 yuan (around 70,000 won). The Anhui authorities are planning to make 10,000 cards to distribute to the police and citizens for free.
