Unanimously, the U.N. Security Council adopted a North Korean Resolution on July 16 (afternoon of July 15, local time). The 15 U.N. Security Council member countries, including the five permanent members, are casting their votes in favor of the passage. Park Gil Yon, the North Korean ambassador to the U.N., attended the council as an “interested party.”
