At the central committee at the central headquarters of the Mindan in Tokyo, Japan, the head Ha Byung-ok (second to the left) is announcing future steps on June 24 when stating “The historical reconcilement between the pro-Seoul Korean Residents (Mindan) and the pro-Pyongyang Korean Residents (Chongryun) has been nullified.”
